And God Said, "Let There Be Wind!"

And then there was wind.
Wouldn't you know it that I would try to go sailing on Saturday when there
was no wind and paddling on Sunday when there was too much wind.
(Bunty, too much for paddling not sailing.)

So I left my surfski on top of my car and grabbed my camera.
No doubt about it, I need to get a Nikon so I can capture the action
better.

I'll post a video in a day or two.

Long Board Lust.

Kona board baby, Kona board.

The cool thing about the Kona is that it can be used
as a Stand Up Paddle board for those non-wind days.

I Don't Understand.

If you want to sail fast why don't you go windsurfing?
IC? Moth? Contender? Swift Solo? Musto Skiff?
Can those boats go faster than an RS:X board?

The guys on the Sailing Anarchy forums drive me crazy with
their putdowns of other boats. Other boats are boats the other
guys sail, think Laser. (Edward, it might not be apparent but
I really do like the Laser.)
