San Diego is running dry. So the whiz bang kids down at City Hall have come up with the idea that it would be good for the environment to tap into sewage water. The water would be run through a purification process and then sent back into the drinking supply. I can't wait! That's what you guys get for stealing our water...just kidding. It's poo-rified. How about a water conservation plan instead?
